SO EXACTLY WHAT FOODS SHOULD I BE EATING AND WHY?

In the Balance Energy Health’s Wellness program, we highly recommend a wide variety of all-natural foods, EG: plants, nuts, seeds, herbs, oils, vegetable, fruits, root, leaf and edible nature based foods, including some meat and fish. These recommended foods will move your numbers in the direction to achieve a higher health score quickly than other certain foods. These foods have more of the specific minerals you require to balance your numbers and gain optimal health.

We recommend achieving a maximum intake of essential minerals by consuming a wide variety of fresh food. EAT a “Rainbow” of live and fresh foods. That is a huge variety of all the colours of fruits and vegetables. If fresh is unavailable the next best is frozen fruits and vegetables. The place of origin is also important, the same foods from different regions across the world vary greatly in mineral content. It’s the mineral, in the food, we need for energy. It’s the type of Mineral that will shift your pH.

We highly recommend eating a large variety of mineral rich foods as the major portion of your diet.

The food you prepare yourself from fresh ingredients to suit your own biochemistry is guaranteed to be highly beneficial for your wellbeing. Read the labels of packaged, canned and bottled “foods” very carefully. Look for how much real food is in the package. How much “filler” and “flavour” is added? Is it a food substitute or the food has synthesized flavours. These foods take more energy from digestion than they give.

You will gain the maximum benefit from the testing program by choosing (about 60-70%) of the foods shown on your lists shown in the APP IE: If you are in Range B or C then the foods in Range D and E can and still should be consumed (and vice versa). The only exception is in Range E where highly cooked foods are essential, and all meats must be avoided.

There cannot be a guaranteed statement made about your own unique bodies’ reaction to each and every food regardless of origin. The best method is for you to follow the food list recommendations and observe the results. Test frequently, over time you will discover which foods work best for you.

A decrease in Health Score after consuming a food or drink is a graphic statement of foods not right for you. You may wish to repeat the same consumption of foods or drinks a few times to prove the cause of the decrease in your Health Score.

HOW EATING THE RIGHTS FOODS ACCORDING TO YOUR NUMBERS IMPROVES YOUR ENERGY

A large variety of all-natural foods is recommended. “Eat live and fresh.” Therefore, you can eat across both food lists. These are not a conclusive list of the only foods you can eat. Go by the numbers to build your own lists. Everyone is different and what serves another may not serve you.

If you’re not sure, test. A decline in your health score may be an indication that a particular food does not serve your energy needs. The body is an energy conversion machine. When we supply the digestion with the ingredients integral in energy conversion the body will find ease and maintain its healing zone to provide optimum health.

RANGES B & C Anionic Biochemistry > 6.6 pH

If the pH. of your Urine is greater than 6.5 pH, this means digestion is slowing down. Too much resistance in digestion. Higher energy foods and minerals are required to help speed up the digestion process. The most energy in digestion is created from the least line of resistance in the molecular dance. This means if you consume foods from Range B & C list, those foods will help speed up digestion based on the types of minerals in these foods. The ideal pH. number for least amount of energy loss in digestion is 6.2-6.6pH.

RANGES D & E Cationic Biochemistry < 6.2 pH

If the pH. of your urine is less than 6.2 pH, this means digestion is moving too fast, the lower the number the faster the digestion. Too fast and digestion is depleted and wasting energy. The numbers indicate that you need to slow digestion process up and therefore increase your pH level, by eating foods from the Range D & E food list. Therefore, improving digestion efficiency and increasing energy.

Avoid, too much processed and packaged foods, they contain too many unknown and potentially harmful ingredients. Beware of pre-prepared food. If you plan to eat out, then become restaurant savvy. Choose very carefully from the menu – understand exactly what is in your chosen dish – or indeed ask for a dish prepared with your own specified ingredients (most Cafes and Restaurants are willing to help). Your Health Score may be negatively impacted by consumption of unknown or “substitute foods”.
